2. Quote Requests & Services

Submitting a quote request form on our Site does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. All estimates and proposals are subject to:

• On-site assessment and verification of project scope
• Availability of scheduling and materials
• Execution of a separate written service agreement or contract
• Weather conditions and seasonal limitations

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to any work commencing. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

3. Service Guarantee

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with the results of our hydroseeding service, we will return to assess the situation and work with you toward a reasonable resolution. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The customer must follow all watering and care instructions provided at time of service
• Claims must be reported within 30 days of service completion
• The guarantee does not cover damage caused by drought, flooding, pest infestation, foot traffic during establishment, improper watering, or acts of nature
• The guarantee applies only to services performed directly by Heintz Hydroseeding LLC

4. Referral Program

Our referral program offers a 10% discount to both the referring customer and the new customer. This program is subject to the following terms:

• The referred customer must mention the referral at time of initial contact or quote request
• Discounts apply to the base service price and may not be combined with other promotions
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time
• Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Heintz Hydroseeding LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By submitting a quote request or contact form on our Site, you consent to being contacted by Heintz Hydroseeding LLC via phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly. Standard message and data rates may apply.

10. Meta Platform Compliance

Our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) complies with Meta's Advertising Standards and Community Standards. By interacting with our ads or submitting information through Meta Lead Ads:

• You acknowledge that your data may be processed by both Meta and Heintz Hydroseeding LLC
• You confirm you are at least 18 years of age
• You consent to being contacted regarding the service you inquired about
• Data collected through Meta Lead Ads is subject to both these Terms and Meta's Privacy Policy
